Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders.
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The email will include your tracking number, which may take up to 48 hours to become active.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
NuovoHome is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, NuovoHome will, at its discretion, provide a replacement shipment or a full refund.
If your order has not arrived within 45 calendar days from the shipping date, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products until your claim has been reviewed.
